Another auction has come and gone. Another truck, trailblazer, and car have been unloaded at home. (That goodness What Cheer Flea Market is next weekend!)
In my HUMONGOUS stack of goodies I bought this.
Dirty and icky... until I oiled it. Now it looks like this...
Thanks for stoppin' by,

It's cool. I give it that. With all the writing on it, the gears. BUT... would you buy it? What would you do with it? I'm not going to keep it, I'm going to sell it at the Flea Market, but if you saw it there what would you do? Pass it up or purchase it?
Let me know!

I am pretty sure I would have taken a second look at it and bought it. I really like the wood and gears. It would make a great display piece.
I think this is wonderful! Very rare to find one at all these days and this is in beautiful condition. Anyone with an old wringer washer would love to have this as well.
I would just use it for display but I bet there are artists that could find a way to use it for printmaking.
Kim, hope to see it in person at the show----what part of the grounds at What Cheer do you set up on? We hope to do a quick fly through.
Kim- We're right behind the food booth in the middle of the grounds. They have burgers, hot dogs, ect right north of the center of the track, we're right behind them. I'd love to have you stop by and meet! :)
I actually have a couple of these in my garage waiting for a new purpose. I thought they were interesting too :)Laurel
It's a beautiful piece! I love the writing on it. I don't know if I'd buy it...only because of space issues.
Good luck at the flea!!
